Rule Changes

Added 3.8 and 3.9

3.8. All player’s ranks must be from the PC version of Overwatch.
3.9. All players must play on PC. Console Players are not
allowed at this time.

Rule 9.4 (the map pool) has been completely rewritten. Please see the Rulebook page

Modes can only be played once (excluding the tie-breaker)
Flashpoint and Clash are considered one option. Picking one locks the other.
The winner picks if they are attacking or defending first
